Back in January, I wrote about my weight loss journeyÂ and I could not believe the overwhelmingly positive reaction. I am deeply grateful for the wonderful feedback and the encouragement from friends as well as strangers who have said, “Keep the posts coming”.Â I will continue to strive to bring you not just facts and benefits about the products, but I will also go a little deeper so you can perhaps get a better sense of whether the product is what YOU truly need in your personal supplement regime. In all seriousness, what I wanted to touch on today is that I am happy to say that things are still going well in terms of maintaining my weight; even during this stressful time.
