  • I’ve been trying to lose weight for some time now and it is a contant battle. I appear to be having a tough time increasing my metabolism.

  • Make sure you eat first thing in the morning at least within 30 minutes of waking up. This really helps to jump start your metabolism. Make sure you choose a high fiber breakfast, try not to have juice it is very high in sugar. Then try to have small meals throughout the day. Having a protein shake mid morning and mid afternoon is a fabulous snack. Also, you can try drinking green tea, it is filled with antioxidents, and it is great for the metabolism. Healthy food choices as well as moderate exercise will go a long way. Keep positive and you will get there. Have a great weekend.
