Goodmorning, Alive Health Centre locations are only in Canada and I am truly not sure where you can get this product in Britain. When I travelled to the UK (years ago), I did not look into the natural health supplements. Therefore, I honestly do not know if Kendy Acti Flora + is available where you are. If you would like to order this product from Canada, you can call (604)-263-3235 this is the store location that I (Shannon Chung) work at. We do mail orders all over the world and if you want to talk to me I work on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays. However, all the staff are happy to assist you in placing your order. Also, my mother in law (Alice Chung) the owner of Alive Health Centre will be in the store on Thursday as well. Cheers!

Hello Anthony, Extra LHT is meant to be taken roughly 20 or 30 minutes before intercourse. One of the things the product helps with is increasing blood flow to the area and for every man it is different as to how long it will last in the body. Therefore, because each person is different it is difficult to say exactly how long a capsule will last. In general, it lasts as long as your mind and body is in that space.
