Sleep Deprived? Marilyn Denis Show Answers!

At Alive Health Centre, Morning Sun and Supplements Plus, we are always stressing the importance of sleep.  We want to help everyone get a good nights sleep and one way we try to help is by spreading awareness.  I was delighted to see Marilyn Denis shed some light on this huge problem as 74% of Canadians suffer from some sort of sleep disturbance.

Here is a little recap of what happened today on the Marilyn Denis show:

Marilyn talked to her Natropath on the show and they discussed all the different type of sleep problems people have.  Don’t just take any supplement find the right combination based on your symptoms.

Do you have trouble falling asleep?

If this is you take Magnesium and Passion Flower.  My favourite Magnesium is Lorna Vanderhaeghe MagSmart.  It is in a form that does not cause diarrhea, but will have you sleeping like a baby.  Magnesium helps to calm and relax the body and mind.  Passion flower works very well with magnesium also for calming and relaxing.  Dr. Oz also recommended Passion Flower back in 2011.  The New Roots brand is excellent as an example.

Do you have trouble staying asleep?

Inflammation and pain is the number one reason Canadians go to their physicians!  This is a big problem because because conventional doctors have always treated inflammation with drugs and surgery. Why take Serrapeptase?
