Almost half of North Americans are constipated!! I often joke with our customers that perhaps one of the main reasons people are so up tight and have road rage or short tempers is due to constipation. We have all experienced constipation from time to time and it is not a pleasant feeling. Digestion and issues such as constipation are not a simple matter. Add to blender:

1 ripe banana
1/2 orange
1 slice mango or papaya
1 egg
3/4 cup orange juice

Put lid on blender and set speed to ‘high’ for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Dr Oz Recommends: White Kidney Bean as your Carb Blocker (Phase 2)

What is Phase 2? And HOW does it Work?

Just remember, if you are sitting all day at work and you consume 2500 hundred calories throughout the day with most of it being carbs, you will be gaining weight if there is no exercise to burn off those calories you are not using. Phase 2 will neutralize 75% of those, then you need some to give you energy and lastly with a little bit of exercise you will take care of the rest!

Balanced Planets Step 3: Mars Revive and Venus Calm

This is a continuation of the Balanced foods program that supports John Gray’s new book, Venus on Fire, Mars on Ice.
